New Stern Pinball Games Warranty (Home Use Operating)

Standard Warranty:

Delivered & Set Up by Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.

  • 90 Days Labor - Covers labor on your new Stern Pinball Machine delivered and set up by Jay Richardson Pinball Inc. on any normal operational problems that you encounter with the game with the original game factory software installed, under normal use from the date of delivery to its original purchaser.

    Please Note: Warning: Updating the game software other than personnel of Jay Richardson Pinball Inc. during the warranty period will void the entire game warranty.

  • 6 Months Parts - Covers parts on any normal operational problems that you might encounter with the game under normal use, for 180 days after you have taken delivery of the game to its original purchaser.

    Please Note: Exclusive of any labor, service call charges after 90 days, or shipping charges (part(s) need ordering)

Conditional Extended Warranty:

Condition of Extension: Booking Service Call with Jay Richardson Pinball Inc. for recommended service schedule in the first 90 days from the date of delivery to its original purchaser extends parts warranty to 1 Year not including labor, service call charges, shipping charges (part(s) need ordering) from the date of delivery to its original purchaser.

Please Note: Not booking a Service Call in the first 90 days will result in Standard Warranty applying.

Warranty does not include:

  • Keys, Locks, Coin Mechanisms.
  • Cabinet Assembly, Decals, Legs, Railings, Playfield Glass, Playfield backglass
  • Playfield plastics, playfield toys, plastic ramps
  • Rubber rings, worn or dirty
  • Alterations, changing number of balls to more than 3 ball play, game adjustments, features, originally set by Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.
  • Negligence, Abuse of game and or misuse of game.
  • Moving game from its original set up location without advising Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.(Please Note: Moving charges apply)
  • Rust, Liquids
  • Repairs or part(s) installation from anyone other than personnel of Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.
  • Acts Of God, Fire, Flood, Theft, Vandalism,
  • Improper electrical connections, damage caused by electrical surges
  • Adding any wired in modifications of any kind to the game during the warranty period not authorized by Stern Pinball Inc. and Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.
  • Evidence of tampering
  • Cabinet defects, Playfield design defects of the game from manufacturer Stern Pinball Inc.
  • Game software downloads/updates from Stern Pinball Inc. website on USB drives, software bugs rendering the game inoperable or other issues that were not there before new software was loaded.
  • Travel time charges outside Calgary City limits

Any of the above will void the warranty on your game.

New Stern Games Warranty Policy / Operation In Home Use

First 30 Days:

“Bumper to Post” Limited Warranty covers every part and labor in your new Jersey Jack Pinball Machine for 30 days with the original factory game software installed, from the date of delivery to its original purchaser. Note: Travel Time charges apply outside of Calgary, AB. City Limits.

Please Note: Adding in any wired modifications, not authorized by Jersey Jack Pinball Inc. to the game during the warranty period will void the game warranty entirely.

Please Note: Updating the game software during the first 30 days will void the 30 days labor included.

1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty:

This covers parts on any normal operational problems that you might encounter with the game under normal home use from the date of delivery to its original purchaser. It does not include the following:

  • Service call labor / travel time to install part or parts
  • Shipping charges (parts requiring ordering)
  • Rubber rings, worn, broken or dirty
  • Playfield plastics, playfield toys, plastic ramps
  • Parts that have come loose.
  • Keys, Locks, or Coin Mechanisms. Playfield Glass, Playfield backglass
  • Abuse of game and or misuse of game
  • Alterations, changing number of balls, other than 3 or 5 ball play.
  • Negligence
  • Moving of the game from its original set up location without advising Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.
  • Rust
  • Liquids
  • Repairs from anyone other than personnel of Jay Richardson Pinball Inc.
  • Acts Of God
  • Improper electrical connections, damage caused by electrical surges
  • Adding any wired in modifications of any kind to the game during the warranty period.
  • Evidence of tampering
  • Design defects of the game from Jersey Jack Pinball Inc.

NOTE: ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE WARRANTY TIME PERIOD. NO WARRANTY WORK IS RETRO-ACTIVE.
